What is Life Coaching?

What Life Coaching isn't?

Therapy / Counselling: A therapist is an expert who provides a diagnosis. Therapy heals old wounds. A coach propels clients towards the future they want to create.

Mentoring: a mentor is an advisor who has experience to share with mentee and guide in the footsteps they have already walked. A coach doesn’t advise rather they help a client draw on their own skills and capabilities.

What Life Coaching is?

A life coach is trained to help you maximize your full potential and reach your desired results. They’re someone who will push you to identify your goals, hold you accountable and provide motivation throughout your journey to achieve your goals.

What does a Life Coach do?

A coach helps you grow by analyzing your current situation, identifying potential obstacles you face and devising a custom plan of action designed to help you achieve specific outcomes in your life.

Who can work with a coach?

All kinds of people use life coaches, including business leaders, managers,  homemakers, students. These people identify a gap between where they are and where they want to be, and turn to coaching when they want help reaching their goals.
